How Our Brokerage Model Differs

Agents are encouraged to cultivate their own client relationships and prospect lists in compliance with Texas law and brokerage policies. While all brokerage agreements and transaction files are owned by the broker as required by law, Chad Holland Real Estate does not operate internal team structures that reassign or redistribute agent-generated relationships as part of a team hierarchy.
