How to Request Information or a Call Back
If we miss your call (especially from an unknown number), please send a text or email with:
• Your first and last name
• The property address or general location you are inquiring about
• Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or lease
• Your preferred method and time to be contacted
Providing these details helps us route your inquiry correctly and respond faster.
Verification and Transaction Security
Real estate scams are increasingly common across Texas and nationwide. For the protection of our clients, we may request reasonable verification before scheduling showings, providing sensitive property access information, or preparing contracts—especially for cash offers or out-of-area inquiries. Depending on the situation, verification may include:
• A government-issued photo ID and/or
• A proof of funds letter (cash purchase), and/or
• A pre-approval or lender qualification letter (financed purchase)
We use professional discretion. In small towns, there are many instances where a buyer is personally known to the agent, and additional verification may not be necessary.
Representation Notice
Chad Holland Real Estate may represent the Seller, the Buyer, or both only as allowed by Texas law and written agreements. If we do not have a written representation agreement with you, we may not be able to provide advice or advocacy on your behalf.
Respectful Communication
We are committed to prompt, professional responses. Abusive, anonymous, or deceptive communications may not receive a return call.
