If we miss your call, please send a text message or email that includes:

- Whether your inquiry relates to buying, selling, leasing, investing, or property management
- A brief description of how we may assist you
Providing this information helps us respond more quickly and ensures your inquiry is directed appropriately.
Verification and Transaction Security
Real estate fraud and online scams continue to increase across Texas and nationwide. For the protection of our clients and customers, we may request reasonable verification before scheduling showings, providing sensitive property information, preparing contracts, or granting property access.
Depending on the situation, verification may include:

- Proof of funds for cash purchases
- Pre-approval or lender qualification documentation for financed purchases
- Additional verification reasonably necessary to confirm identity or authority

Property Showings and Representation
Texas law may require a written agreement before certain brokerage services can be provided. Depending on the type of property and the services requested, a Buyer Representation Agreement, Property Showing Agreement, or other written documentation may be required before scheduling showings or providing representation.
If we do not have a written representation agreement with you, we may be limited in the advice, advocacy, and services we can provide on your behalf.
