The brokerage may receive inquiries through its website, marketing platforms, Follow Up Boss, referrals, listings, and other sources.
Any lead assignment is handled at the Broker’s discretion based on location, property type, client needs, agent experience, availability, and brokerage priorities. Company-generated inquiries should not be viewed as a substitute for an agent’s own business development efforts.
Competitive Compensation
Our compensation structure is designed to reward productivity while maintaining transparency and compliance with Texas law.
All brokerage fees are paid to the Broker and distributed in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable brokerage fee schedules.

Meet the Broker
Chad Holland is the Broker/Owner of Chad Holland Real Estate.
Since obtaining his real estate license in 2003 and broker license in 2006, Chad has participated in more than 1,000 real estate transactions across 58 Texas counties involving residential, farm & ranch, recreational, commercial, investment, development, and property management properties.
Prior to full-time brokerage, Chad spent 41 years in banking, lending, and financial services, including agricultural lending, commercial lending, credit administration, bank management, and executive leadership positions. This experience provides agents affiliated with the brokerage access to practical knowledge extending beyond traditional real estate sales.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with concentrations in Real Estate and Accounting from West Texas State University.
Today, Chad Holland Real Estate serves buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, tenants, developers, and businesses throughout the Texas Panhandle, Rolling Plains, and South Plains of Texas.
