An 8th-generation Texan, Chad Holland is a direct descendant of both a Stephen F. Austin “Old Three Hundred” colonist and a Green DeWitt colonist. Raised on farming and ranching in Childress, Collingsworth, and Cottle counties, Chad grew up working cattle and learning the values of hard work, community, and stewardship of the land. After graduating from Wellington High School in 1984, he began his banking career while attending West Texas State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate and Accounting in 1987.
Chad is married to Camie Robbins Holland of Canadian, and together they are proud parents of three children and grandparents to four grandchildren.

Real Estate Career
Since 1989, Chad has personally owned and operated farm & ranch, rental, and commercial properties, while also completing numerous property flips across residential, farm & ranch, and commercial sectors. He began his real estate practice in 2003 and earned his Texas Real Estate Broker license in 2006. With successful closings in fifty-eight (58) counties across Texas and several in Western Oklahoma, Chad has extensive experience in farm & ranch, hunting & recreational, residential & country homes, as well as rental and commercial properties. His deep understanding of Texas’ diverse markets gives clients the confidence that their real estate goals are in capable hands.

Banking Career
Chad’s banking career spanned more than four decades, beginning in 1984 and concluding with his retirement in 2025. Most recently, he served as Community Bank President in Childress and as Executive Vice President and Advisory Director of InterBank, a $5 billion commercial bank. Over his career, Chad closed thousands of agricultural and commercial loans—including hundreds of real estate loans in fifty-eight (58) counties across Texas and several in western Oklahoma. His lending experience covered farms, ranches, recreational properties, home mortgages, residential construction, hotels, hotel construction, rental properties, cattle, equipment and operating loans. Having worked in both large urban banks in Amarillo, Odessa, and Fort Worth, as well as rural community banks across Texas, Chad prepared hundreds of in-house real estate evaluations and built a vast network of professional contacts, including lenders, brokers, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, surveyors, attorneys, architects, engineers, and insurance professionals.

Civic Involvement
Dedicated to community service, Chad has been an active leader since 1987, serving as an officer and director in organizations such as Kiwanis, Lions, Rotary, Chambers of Commerce, and county museums. He is also a former member of the Childress County Historical Commission and the City of Childress Planning & Zoning Commission.
